With my mum — a reminder of why women’s health across the lifespan matters.
Hi, I’m Kelsey Davidson
I’m a Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency care and women’s health primary care, and a strong belief that good healthcare starts with listening.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with women at all stages of life. Often they’re overwhelmed, feeling unheard, or have been told that their symptoms are “just part of getting older.” I’ve seen how rushed appointments, fragmented care, and a lack of understanding around women’s hormonal health can leave women feeling dismissed and unsupported.
I created this clinic to do things differently.
I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to women’s health, with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause and holistic wellbeing. I prioritise time, education, and shared decision-making, so women feel informed, respected and supported in their care.
I’m not only a clinician. I’m also a daughter, and a future patient myself. Building this clinic is deeply personal. It’s the kind of care I want for the women I love, and for myself as I move through these life stages too.
My goal is simple: to provide thoughtful, relationship-based care that recognises every woman’s experience as valid — and worthy of attention.
What Is a Nurse Practitioner?
A Nurse Practitioner is an endorsed Registered Nurse with advanced education, clinical training, and experience to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions.
In Australia, Nurse Practitioners have completed postgraduate university education at a Master’s degree level and are the most senior and autonomous clinical nurses within the healthcare system. They practise in accordance with national standards and within an approved scope of practice.
Nurse Practitioners provide high-quality, patient-centred care and work independently while also collaborating with general practitioners, specialists, and other health professionals to support continuity of care.
What Nurse Practitioners Can Do
Nurse Practitioners in Australia are authorised to:

Diagnose and manage physical and mental health conditions within scope of practice

Our Approach to Care
At this clinic, care is delivered by a Nurse Practitioner using a holistic, evidence-based approach. Consultations focus on understanding your health concerns in the context of your physical health, hormonal changes, holistic wellbeing, and broader life factors that may affect health.
Where appropriate, investigations such as pathology or imaging may be used to support accurate assessment and safe clinical decision-making. Management plans are developed collaboratively and may include education, lifestyle guidance, medication management, monitoring, and referral to other health professionals when required.
All care is provided within the Nurse Practitioner’s endorsed scope of practice and in accordance with Medicare requirements and national clinical guidelines.
